Payment Schedules
Payment schedule for all new pools
With out a doubt, we have the best payment schedule in the area. By using our form of payment, the customer has "project control", which is not usually the case with other pool builders. The schedule is as follows.
20% down as deposit
10% is due AFTER the pool has been excavated
40% is due AFTER the pool arrives to your home
10% is due AFTER the pool has been backfilled and the pool is running
15% is due AFTER the cantilever and pool patio have been poured
5% is due AFTER the cantilever expansion joint has been caulked
Note: The percentages may change due to the scope of the project. However, the amount of payments still remain. |
