Your new surface, whether it is paint, Pebble Tec® or plaster, is only as good as the surface preparation. Etching with acid or sandblasting may be required to properly apply your new surface. Pools with soft or loose plaster and pools with layers of old paint, will require sandblasting. We offer water blasting as well.
